Having worked in medical settings my whole life (both NHS and private) I know how rare and special it is for people to go out of their way to be so helpful, and I really appreciate that from both you and Mr Saavedra.

My 14 year old daughter damaged the cartilage in her knees doing gymnastics and we were recommended to visit Mr Saavedra. We got an appointment very quickly and he immediately put her at ease with his warm and friendly manner. He quickly identified what was required and we were booked in for surgery within a week of the first meeting. His secretary kept us very well informed every step of the way and made me feel comfortable as a parent with the whole procedure.
